As the name implies, the plugin adds option to give points for comments, comment votes (requires comment voting plugin from Noah) and for users of blog (from Ami) /exam plugin, some additional options also. You can download from below link - points will be updated after enabling the plugin and doing a Recalculate on the Admin/Points page. Plugin can be disabled from Admin at anytime but doing a recalculate might corrupt the Monthly points table of the Top Users Plugin - so ideally can do it at month end if using that plugin.
