error when change question directory

hi

i get this error when i change my question directory:

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/shiasayc/public_html/ask/qa-include/qa-install.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php56/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php56/usr/share/php') in /home/shiasayc/public_html/ask/qa-include/qa-page.php on line 49

i try to remove this error by add qa-install file again in folder (i removed that for better security)
 but this time another error appeared and say go to error-log file. i check error file, 2 erroe there:

i guese maybe change host php version cause that (i have mysql to mysqli problem in other part of my site now)

What did you change the directory from and to? (ie what's the old directory and new directory paths?)

No different...i cant change any question directory

Those last two links look the same to me. And neither show an error.

yes..these directories are  without error but problem is when i try to change any question in any directory (for example those directories) by admin acount, i get error
(i hit edit buton in question page...i can edit title, text and tagsT but when i try to change direcrory of that question, i see error page!)
