Q2A does have an inbuilt sitemap.xml. And Google does recheck the sitemap links quite often- once in couple of days at least and hence it catches all the updates. Will this happen if we remove the sitemap file? - I'm doubtful but probably it should still happen as the crawler can follow the question link from some other pages provided "no follow" tag is not added.
