How To Add 2 Fields To Questions

Question

For SEO reasons I want the option for the admin to add a short title and a special description to each question.

So the question is this: how to add 2 fields to the database that - when filled in - will be used as title and description and when not filled in the current title and description sequence kicks in.

I am aware of the discussion about seo and q&a etc. etc. But don't want to start that again here, so please just answer the question only if you know how to add these 2 fields.

These are avilable in q2a latest versions

where ? I as well would need that but cant find this option ! There is just one additional field as far as I know.
