I want to add some HTML code before and after the Top Navigation [all activity,questions,etc.] in donut Theme (Latest). From where can I add?

You can try Widget Anywhere plugin to embed your HTML code. It works perfect without the hassle of going into theme files. 

But if I found the way to add your code through Donut Theme files then I'll also update you with that (although I am not sure about this).

thats good Idea Gurjyot but I want to add some code directly without any plugin! I was searched all files but didn't get where is that code is added from :/ . Anyways thanks for the idea!
