Chnage ask a question to "Submit a Post"

I would like to change the terminology everywhere, like this:

Ask a Question --> Submit a Post
Answer/s --> Reply/Replies

What do I need to do?

You can change the default language file to achive that.
Goto:
qa-include>>lang>>qa-lang-question.php and change the appropriate return array.

You should avoid editing the core language files. You can copy those to a new folder "qa-lang/custom/" and edit them there.
