The site appears to be working now so it sounds like it's some kind of server error.
If it's still happening for you, can you open the developer tools in your browser (Chrome or Firefox), and look at the Network tab. When you click the comments link on your site, look at the new request at the bottom of the dev tools window and see what the error is.
