Badges translation made me confused????

I have this file

qa-plugin/q2a-badges-master/qa-badge-lang-default.php

I have translated qa-badge-lang-default.php and change the name to this qa-badge-lang-it.php

Where do I put this qa-badge-lang-it.php

keep it under qa-plugin/q2a-badges-master/qa-badge-lang-it.php

OR qa-lang/it/qa-badge-lang-it.php

OR Somewhere else????

Confused?????
