Q2A doesn't send Email

Recently my website doesn't send any Email to users.

What could I do?!

This could be a server issue. Did you check mail log? I recently got an issue with ipv6 and had to force ipv4 in my postfix mail server.

What do you mean by "recently"? Did it work before? If so what changed, did you update Q2A? If you haven't changed anything with Q2A then it's a problem with your hosting.

I contact my server and they told me it is not a server issue.

I mean it doesn't work from 4 days ago. I just installed some plugins. But even after uninstalling the plugins the problem exists. Please help me.

Are you sure you didn't turn off one of the options for sending emails?

I think you are facing SMTP problem in your cPanel.
