For all the stuff related to User Registration go to admin > spam. There you will find most of the things for registration on which you should take a look.

i mean my recaptcha doesnt showing up :( i put right keys... but now showing, dunno why

Well I could have checked up but it seems that user registration on your website is suspended by you.
If you are providing the right keys then recaptcha should show but if it isn't, then does it show any error...?
If any error is shown then report it to github Q2A repository.

Question 5

I believe recaptcha requires GD library and FreeType for PHP. Please make sure that both are enabled on your server.
