Its very easy. First install the latest version of java which you can get by downloading from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html. Then you just need Android Studio from http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html then follow the instructions on the page on how to configure.
