closed Comment to Answer plugin is not working on Q2A 1.7.1

I was needing this feature so that I could convert some comments to answers. So I installed this plugin but it ain't working. I do not see any options in plugin section to enable this plugin but plugin is there that I can see.

Secondly, when I edit a comment then there is no option to convert that comment to answer like there is an option when editing an answer...

closed with the note: I figured out the solution. The plugin is good, it was just my mistake that it didn't worked in the first go. :)
