q2a on windows server and iis

hi there i wanna use q2a in localhost with windows server 2008 r2 and iis and mysql 5.5

i installed wordpress already.

but when i config q2a browser shows this error?

Server Error

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

remove the .htaccess file and try reloading the page.
