Where do you increase all the font sizes at ?

The font size is set in the theme, in the file qa-themes/themename/qa-styles.css.

Where "themename" is your theme such as Snow, SnowFlat, Classic...

There main font size should be somewhere near the top, but there will probably be other sizes throughout the CSS too.
