Do you see any reason why using an iFrame on a page would affect the layout?

I created a custom page that contains an iFrame showing a page on my main web site. The page border and the footer are not display on that page. If I create a simple page where I just type some text, the page has the proper look. I checked with my custom theme and with the default theme, both have the same results. Any idea what can cause this kind of behaviour?

Well, it seems like something was not getting properly refresh after my modifications and for quite a while. I had the issue for a while, but now it seems to be fine. It could be related to the frame dimension, but I'm not sure. Sorry for the question that finally got solved by it self!
