No, but my client bought this script few days ago and have request to refund on codecanyon.

It's perfectly legal to sell any software that is licensed under GPL, but it must also be GPL. (Which incidentally means if you have a copy of the software you can distribute it however you like free of charge. We could all have a copy!)

However it looks like Code Canyon use a different license which is illegal. They're trying to restrict usage of it which is against the license. I'll see if I can get them to take it down.
