Look at the 'Permissions' section of the 'Admin' panel - you can also extend this to other special user types, but not to registered users in general (since that would be problematic). If you're looking for some kind of post flagging, where a post is automatically hidden if a certainly number of people flag it, that's not yet possible, but is certainly on the cards for a future version.
