Server Gets Down when I enter the Admin Panel

and these was some of the errors i can see it in the console of my browser

Have you seen this post?

I think it's a problem with mod_security. See if you're able to turn off the particular rule in mod_security that's causing the problem.

Or you should be able to work around it by commenting out the foreach block at line 984-994 in admin/admin-default.php.
