[SnowFlat Theme] The widget area doesn't re-size itself if the browser is re-sized.

Question

Please take a look at the following picture:

I've resized my browser window (both Firefox and Chrome), the widget area is not re sized. The widget area should be resized like this site.  Any suggestion about that?

I can't reproduce this.
1. Does this happen in a clean (unmodified) version of the SnowFlat theme?
2. Does this happen if you remove all plugins? (just move them away from the qa-plugin folder)

1. Yes, this happens in a clean SnowFlat theme. I removed the older version from qa-theme and copied a clean version there, but the problem exists.
2. I've removed all plugins, but the problem is still there. :(
