How to move "unanswered" tab to be listed as a sub-category of "questions".

Question

How would I move "unanswered" tab to be listed as a sub-category of "questions".  So unanswered would be along side "recent" "hot questions" etc.  Also, how to move make the "questions" tab and "q&a" tab switch spots?  Some type of function overriding I'm thinking?  Thanks.

u can remove unanswered link in admin > pages

and u can add new sub-cat with this plugin :
