Screenshot looks horrible

I installed Q2A integrated with my wordpress website today. while checking my website in google page insight, it shows screenshot as below. I tried in few website screenshot sites and got same screenshot as below. Could anyone please explain me about this?

When I load the page, I see what's in that screenshot. I think it must be a server issue with encoding or something.
