plzz help its urgent stuck at last step

Question

when i try to open my site after everything i get

"Create Database including User Management"

when i click on it nothing happens and i am stuck on

http://mydomain/index.php?qa=install

i diasbled mod_security in .htaccess file and then i get

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@moviehome.in to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

So,

then when i removed .htaccess from my directory then i get an error

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /index.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

So suggest me what to do now !

Could you pls restore everything (.htaccess, mod_security) to have again the "stuck" install page ?
