Can Questions2Answer be integrated with Oxwall?

Question

Oxwall is an unbelievably flexible and easy to use PHP/MySQL social networking software platform. There are several Q&A plugins available for Oxwall, but none even remotely close to as great as Q2A. 

I'm wondering if Q2A can somewhow be integrated into Oxwall and if so, has anyone accomplished it and how?

Does "Sidenote: Q2A is "unbelievably flexible" :)"  mean that Q2A can indeed be integrated with Oxwall or are you suggesting that I replace Oxwall with Q2A?

If the former, care to expand on the method?

If the latter, not sure these are apples to apples systems.
