How can i activate reCAPTCHA for all time in comments/answers?

Now the reCAPTCHA its activated in comments/answers just when users dont activate his email. But i need to change this and i need the reCAPTCHA to be activated all time in comments/answers.

 

HOW CAN I DO THIS CHANGE?

In qa-page-question.php, change:

$usecaptcha=qa_user_use_captcha('captcha_on_anon_post');

... to ...

$usecaptcha=true;

Might be annoying for people though. You'll also need to change the messages that appear under the captcha for both logged-in and non-logged-in users.
