system error: 111 : Lost connection to MySQL server at reading initial communication packet

Question

I am updating the questions to my q2a site, suddely an msql error message shows for 10 minutes. After thet it is working good. The error message was shown below

 

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111 in /home/content/l/o/g/mysite/html/sub/qa-include/qa-db.php on line 66

Could not establish database connection. Please check the username, password and hostname in the config file, and if necessary set up the appropriate MySQL user and privileges.

Will you please help me to find the exact issue. Is there any serious issue and also is there any chance to reshow the error again. If yes , How can avoid and recover from such issues

might be some issues with the database or service provider .

@Sibi , If this issue comes very rarely then it is not a major issue . If it is frequent then contact your service provider with a ticket . They can give you a permanent solution .
