I'v been getting quite a good dose of these errors ever since my QA site was setup about two months ago.
Sometimes I get five, twenty or none of these errors while casually browsing through the site:

Could not establish database connection. Please check the username, password and hostname in the config file, and if necessary set up the appropriate MySQL user and privileges.
Am hosting with Arvixe and the messages appears on both Q2A v1.5.3 and v1.5.4
