Have tried a lot of things still not getting enough users and activities !!!!!!!

Question

Its been 3-4 months for my forum and i have tried all the possible ways so far to make my Forum popular.Google webmasters, keywords, adwords, sitemap, robots.txt, twitter acc, facebook page, pating links , sharing on fb all posible ways i have tried but still have not received enough users or activities. Please tell me more ways.........

I would like to say - concentrate on the content you have .

Yourself you should make some activities initially till you get some traffic .

Ask some questions , answer few questions , and the site content should be very good and of High Quality  . Then users will autometicaly come to you .
