Without wishing to be rude, that's a silly question. Whether it uses PHP or ASP is irrelevant to the security of a script. Both systems are secure if you do it right and insecure if you do it wrong. (In fact you could make a case for ASP being less secure since it runs on Windows).

Q2A is perfectly safe!

Sites run in ASP are typically less secure by default.  That doesnt mean the whole server, but the actual sites.  With windows you have to be very careful the the permissions you allow the ASP user to have.  Plus, php scales better and is cheaper to host.  This is a great script!  I run it on an IIS 7.5 windows server.
