Question status (new, in progress, done, planned)

Question

Can someone make plugin to have 4 statuses of questions and that these statuses are filtered in front page.

Like:

- new,
- in progress,
- done,
- planned.

What is the criteria for each of the statuses?

This smells like you're actually looking for a ticketing solution such as redmine, jira, trac, etc. Nothing to do with a question and answer site

Ok gray area :)
But simplicity of Q2A is what I'm looking for. Real ticketing system is not what I'm looking for

Admin/Moderator has the abillity to change question status
 (dropdown or radio)

- new - all new questions have this status
- in progress - questions that are looked into and are answers are preparing
- done - answered questions/closed
- planned - news questions that are beeing planed (basically same as in progress)
