'Load more questions' link at the bottom of the front page

Currently my front page ends with the standard "To see more, click for the full list of questions."

What I would like to have instead is a "Click to load more questions" link. When clicked, more questions would be added to the main list by loading them dynamically.

Is there a plugin/theme for this?

Probably, there is not such a plugin now. I hope that feature should be realized in Q2A core.
