Is there a way to show some user's good feedback in the sidebar?

Like we do in WordPress blogs, that we can show users comments on a widget on the homepage, similarly can we show some user's good feedback to q2a website in the sidebar?

Hmm.. Actually I am not going to start any new development until I finish Snow1.4 but hope any other developer will show interest to make such plugin.
