Change in this version:
1) Separated language files in lang subfolder
2) Check existence of external table entries in admin page
3) Link user admin in revisions page to his/her profile
4) Prevent user from consequence edits between some period of time: this time can be set in admin page. When user edits post for second time between this period of time, he gets an error message that say him/her can't to do that. It occrs in page with javasript and no refresh is required. :)
