How to enable NoahY / q2a-newsletter

Question

Hi,

I activated the plugin "NoahY / q2a-newsletter" in my plugins page and have enabled "send newsletter" interval is for "1"day.

I clicked on save options and process and send but I don't see any newsletter getting delivered to the registered email id.

Please help...
