ask a question without a question body return an error

Hi

I get an error when i try to ask a question without a question body.

Notice: Undefined index: content in D:\wamp\www\1\qa-include\qa-base.php(510) : eval()'d code on line 299

I have Minimum length of question body set to 0. If I change it  and I ask the question with something typed in question body the error disappear. How can I fix this?
