A few feature questions

Do you have to register with google  captcha options to use the spam  captcha, as I tried to turn it on at  at the spam setting in the admin panel for the register screen and there was nothing showing?

Also in the admin panel under list what are those options suppose to do they appear to adjust the screen length but nothing happen when I tried to changing them Iam referring to the options like Length of Q&A page and so forth?

Yes you need to register at http://www.google.com/recaptcha to use the CAPTCHA plugin. When you do you will get a 'public key' and 'private key', which you should put into the plugin options at Admin > Plugins > reCAPTCHA.

Those 'Length' options are referring to how many questions are shown per page in the various question lists. 'Length of Q&A page' is how many questions are shown on the home page, and similarly for 'All Activity', 'Questions' and so on.
