maxjtechno is right, you do not need to submit new links all the time. Google will find them fairly quickly, especially if your site is popular. If your site isn't popular then there isn't much benefit to submitting links more quickly since you won't get ranked.
However, one thing you can do is resubmit your sitemap in Google Webmaster Tools, but you shouldn't do this after every question, maybe just do it 1-2 times a day. GWT has an API so maybe you can automate that. See https://developers.google.com/webmaster-tools/
And stop asking the same question over and over!
