Save hangs and requires 2 clicks, sometimes pages don't load

Question

I'm using PHP 5.3 (not 5.4 yet due to some scripts not working well yet) and v 1.62. I'm noticing that the back end will sometimes not respond and hang. If I click a second time it will usually work. Sometimes I have to reload the page and start again. I don't seem to have this issue anywhere else. The only plugins I think I have active which don't seem to be affecting things are the tagging tools and SEO plugin,.

In the future I suggest an implementation to see whether plugins are turned on or off.

This works. The problem was the Internet connection between my connection and our hosting company. I guess someone upped 1 especially because of the plugin issue, which I thought it might be, and no way to troubleshoot what plugins may cause problems as on/off is not visible.
