plugin to incorporate a list of default badges / titles

Hi,

It will be very usuful if someone create un plugin to incorporate a list of default badges / titles with some default activity operate by users (i.e. ask a first new question = Title "join the club", ask a total of 5 questions  = Title "the good way", etc.)

The list of title is interactive, so we can click on a title and see all the users with this title.

Filter is possible to.

A side plugin show the most recent titles activity.

It's very nice for the users (for motivation for university students)
