View Count not working in 1.6.2

Hi there,

Its just to bring to your notice that Question view count is not getting updated.

or it gets updated based on ip?? If it is so then I need to check it once.
Please let me know how the view count for any Question works.

It is IP specific and will not update the count if viewed by the user on the same IP. I believe it is also user specific too.. but this I need to check in detail.
