The more important part is the line before that says
Warning: ob_start(): output handler 'ob_gzhandler' conflicts with 'zlib output compression'
It means you’re already using gzip at the server level so don’t need to get Q2A to do it. So you should set ‘QA_HTML_COMPRESSION’ to false in your qa-config.php
