Improvement suggestion: Spam rate limit to administrator

Question

I feel that some spam protection features are applied to administrator too. For example, file upload limit. Administrator does not want to be subject to these limits. What do you think?

Superadmin repeats various actions (e.g. login, post, vote, etc) in timing below.

1) Site was built for the first time
2) Addons was added
    etc...

However, spam protection features are adopted also to superadmin. Therefore, when superadmin repeats test operations, superadmin will not be able to login. In the case of particular user or IP address, the option to disable spam protection would be required to Q2A core.
