"No related questions" on all my QA pages

Why my Q2A site shows no related questions. I reindexed database still related questions are not coming.

Check by setting option to Widest and see if you are getting any.

Admin > Related questions matching to Widest

We have spent months to generate this original content. I am feared it did not turn out to be a matter of regret choosing Q2A. :(

As per my knowledge this is not a bug. Since I have tested with the latest version and I am getting related question working fine. So I believe there is something wrong in settings or may be some other part. It is hard to say anything without checking the actual site.

By the way Q2A is very flexible and power full for Question and Answer there is no doubt. Just a matter of finding the reason and solve it.

Do you think updating it to version 1.6.2 will solve the issue? It is currently on version 1.5.4

I think that should not be the issue. But you can give it a try. Also make sure before you upgrade take backup including all files and database.

Without checking the site or admin area really hard to say the reason. Just try to upgrade and see what happen.

I updated my Q2A to 1.6.2. But this did not solve my issue. I also noticed that similar questions are not showing while we are asking any questions.
