Facebook login is not working

i am new to qa and i am using qa 1.6.2

and

facebook login is not working with both

1. facebook login

2. q2a open login

what is the solution

note : i have done all the setting 100% correctly

I saw that you have solved the issue in your site? How did you do that?
I have the same problem but still not solve it yet.
