Is there any problem with iframes ?

I tried to use my q2a site through an iframe on another of my sites. It seems to work, but better I ask if there is any problem. If so, please let me know.

No, it should be fine since Q2A is pretty self-contained. You will have to make sure links open outside the iframe, using:

target="_top"

See this question for help, I was removing nofollow but you can add your target easily.
