What about a new feature: most voted questions by month?

I just thought by myself that q2a is actually not "going by the time".

Seeing the global http://question2answer.org/qa/questions?sort=votes (Highest voted questions) gives me the feeling that time is not a factor. That's why I would like to implement a highested voted questions of this month feature.

So how would you try to do it? (Before I do it myself ;) )

And what do you think about?

It's a great idea! It should give new questions a chance to be in the spotlight. Since you're doing it anyway, could you make the time span customizable? Examples:

• # of days - Highest voted questions in the last # days
• exact time unit - Highest voted question in the week/month/year
