How to prevent loading of CKEditor using Javascript?

 

PS: I am still not happy with the existing JS.files, they are kind of difficult to read. Why not use jquery?

I do not want to use ckeditor for mobile users, its js file is big, how can I prevent load of this file? (I do not want to ask seperate quesiton)
