Lots of users on my Q&A site have an e-mail with 4 dots, like 'kak.pip.prot.wot@gmail.com'
These are clearly not real people, so I'd like to enable user moderation if there are 4 dots in the e-mail, but only then (don't want to bother the real people)
How would I do so?
