Trying to get my head around how voting is stored in the database

Any explanation? Or is there a function I can use to artifically set the number of votes for a list of questions I've just imported?

You should make the purpose of use of the answer clear more. I think that you are moving OSQA site to Q2A site. I'm understanding that your challenge is important thing, but there are few people understanding it. The intentional operation of the information by program causes misunderstanding.
