adding DoB to user profile

I want to add a custom field called Date of Birth which should be of date type.

How can I do that.

You can add additional user frield from admin section. You can't create date field but just text field where user can type them own.

Only issue is you may not have define formate and user depending.

Although date-time(Calendar) type is not supported now, this hack may be helpful to you. If you have knowledge of PHP and Q2A core, it is not so difficult to add "custom HTML type". Since I am busy with other things, I cannot respond now. But, I may add custom type to this program in near future.
