How to prevent user from providing multiple answer to same question

With default q2a setup, a user can privide multiple answer to same question, how can we prevent that so that the user can oply privide one answer to a question no more.
Q2A version: 1.5.4

Login as admin ---->Go to Posting ---> uncheck Allow multiple answers per user:
